1. Check availability

Check availability for your date and location.

2. Agree on details

Services, backdrop set design, graphic overlays and everything in between.

3. eSign contract

Sign contract online. Takes 60 seconds. Reserve your date.

4. Approve concepts

Check availability for your date and location.

5. Get timeline

Get a day of event timeline. Know what time we’ll be there, who your event is will be, contact details.

Party Props
Phase 2: Day of your event

1. We show up

Liase with the contact person on the ground on the agreed upon location for setup.

2. Set up & test

We put our booth in place and test that every thing is tip top.

3. It's party time!

Let's do this thing! Take as many photos as you can, have the time of your life.

4. Last call

Prior our agreed upon time is up, we’ll do a last call 15 minutes to make sure everyone gets to go home with new super fun photo memories from your event.

5. That's a wrap

We'll pack up, give high fives, and say see ya later!

Phase 3: Event Recap

1. Photos online instantly

Your photos are available instantly from your event gallery or microsite.

2. Download photos

You’ll get an email with a link to download all of your photos so that you can save them forever.

3. See you at the next one!
